Your Journey in Nursing as a Career

What made you choose nursing?

I chose nursing as a career for the purpose of helping people. Not only the clients but also their families.

What advice would you give to those looking into nursing as a career?

Advice that I would give to someone considering becoming a nurse; it’s not an easy profession but the rewards are greater than the sacrifice.

Learn as much as you can from others and don’t get scared when a new opportunity arises.

What is your day-to-day like?

I work as a Traveling LVN as well and currently working in an Emergency Department.

What keeps you motivated?

My motivation stems from my family and my girlfriend. We keep each other grounded and focused.

How do you decompress?

I like to decompress by sleeping, traveling, watching videos and going for walks.
